everyone who can will meet at the Museum
with pickups and trailers to go to the
Peterson Ranch to pick up the logs that
Charles has there and they will be hauled to
Billy Cessna’s ranch for him to mill them.

donating some logs for the barn.
We got a bid for the roof and the
materials only will be $35,000.00.
We had a work day on Saturday and there
were about twenty people, cleaning yard,
planting flowers, hanging the arrowhead
collection, and fixing displays in the
museum. We really accomplished a lot.
Tim and Merri Glaze worked in the Library
and Merri has it all organized and the books
on the shelf and is now cataloging them.
Good job Merri.
John presented the IT Committee Policies.
They have done a great job. He also
cancelled out Shasta.com and we will use
fortcrookmuseum.com as our new domain name.

few adjustments and Charles seconded it.

a few weeks.
The letter folder has arrived. Katie Clift
did an outstanding job on new museum
brochures and Lyn Read printed them in
color. Robert folded them on the new letter
folder machine and they are ready to be
distributed in the community. We still need
many more to fill up the businesses that we
need to take them to.
Tim will make a GIFT SHOP sign to hang out
front on the big sign.
The wine glasses are finished and we will

outside craft booth.
The DVD’s that we bought from Tristan
Howard are already selling well.
At the July 19th Rummage sale
that we will sponsor at the Museum we will
have a booth if any members want to donate
anything to sell for the museum.
Steve King has offered to do a cowboy
poetry program and it was thought that the
Harvest Dinner would be a good time to have
him do it.
Tim will find people to play the piano at
the Glenburn Church recital on July 26th.
A Pampered Chef representative has offer
for the Museum to sell Pampered Chef Kitchen
Ware from catalogs and we will get 20% for
sales up to $600.00 then after that we will
get 25%. A motion was made and seconded
that we try this for a money making
project. Motion carried.
